You will have a key role in supporting our live and virtual events across the globe.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and produce video material for international events in close collaboration with project team
Create rough and final cuts
Co-create storyboards & scripts for video & graphic productions
Plan and coordinate the production schedules & deadlines
Source, brief, and communicate with suppliers
Plan internal & external video shootings in different locations
Video editing & creating animations
Support Technical Lead to manage technical cue list

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

2 – 5 years of previous similar work experience
Experience in video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro & Adobe After Effects
Experienced in all aspects of video post-production including sound editing and basic motion design
Understanding different video and audio file types and formats: codecs, containers, and outputs
 Great organizational and problem-solving skills
 Systematic approach to get things done efficiently
 Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
